Within the High Ticket Academy X, part of DSAX (Dropship Academy), I'm Head of HTX where I lead the HTX program and work with entrepreneurs who want to build scalable high-ticket e-commerce businesses.
We offer courses, community, group-coaching and 1-1 coaching, supporting entrepreneurs in developing not only profitable stores, but also the mindset, structure and ownership required for long-term growth.
This work is focused on building real businesses, not side projects, and on creating freedom through systems rather than constant operational pressure.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I support organisations in building and leading business ecosystems. This includes collaborations between corporates, startups, public institutions and private partners.
My role typically sits at the strategic level, helping design structures, governance and partnerships that enable innovation and sustainable cooperation across organisational boundaries.
This work is selective and project-based, and often involves complex stakeholder environments where clarity, trust and long-term vision are essential.

I regularly share insights on entrepreneurship, decision-making, mindset and business design, drawing from my own journey across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and high-ticket e-commerce.
